This policy explains what SWOLE OS collects, how it's used, and the control you have over it. In short: your data powers your own analytics, and nothing else — we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
Account info (email), the training you log (exercises, sets, reps, RPE, notes), your profile and goals, and — only if you connect Apple Health — body-composition and recovery metrics (weight, body fat, lean mass, resting heart rate, sleep). We never read Apple Health data without your explicit permission, and you can revoke it any time in iOS Settings.
To run the app and power your analytics, progress tracking, and intelligence. Your data is used to generate your own insights — that's it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted connections. Apple Health data stays on your device except for the specific metrics you allow the app to read for analysis.
Your training analysis is produced by SWOLE OS's own coaching logic — the methods and models we built, applied to your data. An AI model is used only to put that analysis into clear, readable language; it does not make the training judgments itself, and it never receives or shares your identity, email, or raw records — only the already-computed results it phrases for you.
You can edit or delete any logged session from the session view in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email contact@supastrong.net from your account address; we erase it within 30 days.
SWOLE OS is not intended for users under 16.
